What if I don’t have a return flight booked?
You can still make an online or telephone booking, but you will need to advise us online or by phone as soon as your return flight details are known. Failure to do so may mean your vehicle is not ready on your return.
What if my travel arrangements change after I've booked?
A great advantage of booking online is that if your travel arrangements change – you can easily change your booking details online by using the Manage My Booking function – even if you’re interstate or overseas. Alternatively, call us on (08) 9479 3599.
How do I get to and from the terminal?
Our domestic office is a short 3 to 4 minute walk from the terminal. When you drop your car into us, we’ll drive you in it to the terminal. On your return, you can walk to our office, or for a small fee we’ll deliver your car to the terminal ready for you.
Our international office is just an easy 100 metre walk from the terminal.
How much time should I allow for parking?
DOMESTIC – We recommend you arrive at least 1 HOUR BEFORE your flight’s scheduled departure. Also allow 10-15 minutes for us to check you in and drive you to the terminal.
INTERNATIONAL – We recommend you arrive at least 2 HOURS BEFORE your flight’s scheduled departure. Also allow 10-15 minutes for us to check you in and the short walk from our office to the departure doors.
How secure are you?
AIRPORT SECURITY PARKING places the security of your car above all else. We realise just how valuable it is to you. Our car park is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It is fully fenced, and flood lit with CCTV camera surveillance.
Can I park a motorbike, scooter, trailer, caravan, motor home or large truck?
No, AIRPORT SECURITY PARKING does not currently cater for these vehicles.
Do you jump start batteries, pump up tyres, change oil, repair vehicles or perform servicing?
No we don't. However, should your car unfortunately have a flat battery or tyre, we do have emergency facilities to get you on your way.
Do you offer car wash services at the International Terminal (T1) and Terminal 2?
Yes we do. If you would like to take advantage of our wash services at T1 & T2 you can select a wash service when making an online booking. Please note that we carry out all car wash services at our domestic terminal location on Brearley Avenue (T3&4). Your vehicle will be driven by our staff from our office at T1&2 to our domestic office at T3&4 for washing and then returned to our T1&2 office upon your return.
When are you open?
AIRPORT SECURITY PARKING operates 24/7 at the Perth domestic terminal. Domestic bookings are not essential, but are highly recommended.
Our international terminal office operates from 4am to midnight, 365 days a year. International bookings are required.

Do I need a booking?

International bookings are essential.

How can I pay?
Online bookings and payments can only be made by Credit Card – we accept all major cards.
At our domestic office, we accept cash, EFTPOS and all major Credit Cards.
No cash is accepted at our international office, but we accept EFTPOS and all major Credit Cards.
Do my times need to be exact?
Incorrect drop-off or pick up times may affect your parking costs and can cause delays in collecting your vehicle when you return.
